‘The Beach Samui’, has opened The Herbalist, claimed to be the first in-hotel herbal dispensary in Southeast Asia.

The Koh Samui retreat will offer guests natural plant-based remedies, delivered by registered practitioners who are specialists in Thai traditional and alternative medicine.

The Beach Samui offers 21 suites designed by the team behind the Rosewood Amsterdam and the Peninsula London.

The Last Word / ‘Join the Locals practicing Yoga in the Park’

Every Wednesday, you can join in a free yoga class with the locals in central Bangkok’s beautiful, ‘Lumpini Park’. The class is open to all levels and taught by a certified teacher

However, please note that, although the class is free, you’ll need to bring your own mat

As well as Yoga there are regular groups of ‘Tai Chi’ practitioners gathering every morning in the park

Your tourists are welcome to join them, or we can provide a private lesson
